That's obviously not this year. Not sure if that enhances his rep further or not?

Anton Ferdinand
In March this year Anton Ferdinand told West Ham he needed to visit his sick granny in the Isle of Wight. Instead, he flew to South Carolina for a boozy all-night party at the Knock Knock nightclub.

I like it. It's an easy way for a West Ham loving fan to wind up Millwall.

from watching the game highlights i see Anton only got close to marking his striker once in about eight attempts, no change there then!

Chris Powell was the first player I remember doing the old crossed arms thing on the pitch, but I recently saw a photo of Slater and Dolan doing it on a shoot around 89/90.

I hoped Anton would be as good as his brother but not to be. Still he wasn't too bad and I remember being at a Tottenham game when Anton equalised right at the end of the game. It was better than a win....

Can remember seeing him in the crowd after we played away at Palace when we were in the Championship He was at QPR at the time and presumably didn't have a game

10 years ago we played a pre season against Dagenham, I got there late with my lad and it was a sell out. I rang my mates who were in the ground and they joined me in the clubhouse. We drank all afternoon and way after the final whistle my boy said Anton was in the car park. I had a new phone with a camera, didn't have a clue how it worked but AF despite being in a rush to get away sorted it and took a photo.
For that reason he is a top man

From the witch's jounal
"To display crossed arms with clenched fists is a curse giving bad luck for many many years to those who act out or are attached to".
That's it then, explain a lot of things on and off the pitch for the last +30 years or so.

First person I ever saw do this was a CFC MATE of mine that worked for the Postie... would shout out my name hanging out of his postie van whilst shouting out `FUCKING HAMMER' whilst doing the crossed arms.... would have been 25 years ago
